A companion video to a data science/acoustic ecology blog post covering my data analysis of a seagrass meadow soundscape on Lady Bay reef. The audio data was collected using an AudioMoth configured to record for a minute at 10-minute intervals over a 24-hour period from 23rd December to 31st December 2022.

The video was created for the blog post and features some audio recordings alongside the data analysis which was generated using the Acoustic Complexity Index (ACI.) Along with the audio excerpts and data visualisations, I also provide a brief overview of what the ACI is.
